I had a great experience at the Rondebosch branch. Friendly staff and very helpful. They tested the item for me. The computer I purchased ended up being not fit for purpose and I returned it within 2 days and was given a full refund. I would suggest you know your rights as per the CPA (Consumer Protection Act) as their policy does not automatically comply and they do try to make take goods in exchange. I would certainly shop there again.
