My experience at Cobbler & Co in Rondebosch was extremely pleasant and very satisfactory. I dropped my hiking boots off to be repaired last week Tuesday and was told these would be repaired either this week Thursday or next week Thursday (needed to be sent to a factory for repairs). I received the message today (one week after dropping off) that the boots were ready for collection. The repairs seem extremely well done and I am very happy with the service.

Despite the fact that my shoes were not ready in time for my flight back to America (even though they were supposed to be, 3 weeks later) the staff understood my situation and promised to send my shoes to America despite the expensive shipping cost. I really didn’t think they would follow through, but my Birkenstocks arrived in America fully repaired (they were on their last life after wearing them nonstop for 3 years). The repair is amazing and I plan to wear them until they fall apart again in another 3 years. Thank you for being very professional and understanding. I commend them and would do business again!
