They were a vast improvement on the previous managing agent, and as trustee I have personally enjoyed working with them very much. Nazmeera, our portfolio manager, is exceptional: she responds fast, has a wealth of experience for providing advice and guidance for improving the management of the complex, and is tireless in assisting us sorting out various issues affecting the complex. Craig the maintenance manager is likewise excellent, always available and ready to assist no matter the day or time. Both are very friendly, easy-going people to work with, and I always look forward to our meetings. I should also mention the finance/accounting team, which is similarly fast and efficient. Overall, Land & Sea is highly professional, effective, supportive, and enjoyable to work with.
