Never have i felt so welcomed at a specsavers before, than what i experienced at the rondebosch branch. The staff was fantastic, made me feel comfortable. They are very helpful and give attention to detail. And this is what I like to expect as a patient. Me being very anxious, not knowing all the gadgets being used, the optometrist took time to explain everything to me in detail. I do suffer from anxiety and she (Leveen Chetty) made me feel that I am in a safe space. I would like to thank the branch of romdebosch for their excellent service. And I am highly satisfied with my specs.
