Chapel Lane Academy has been great for my daughters online learning experience. I love that the classes are small ensuring individual attention. When my daughter had Anaemia in the start of 2024, Charl and Tanya were amazing. All the teachers were incredibly supportive and understanding. The move to Cambridge syllabus (2022) in the beginning was not smooth for my daughter. After a year she wanted to go back to CAPS (2023). I allowed that and within 3 months she was back at Chapel Lane and has been thriving. She now appreciates the type of learning Cambridge focuses on and how she is helped to develop her own thinking and reasoning skills. At 14 she is now writing her own novel (or a few at once.) I appreciate that how she has been taught has helped her to have the confidence, knowledge and imagination to tackle the task. Approaching IGCSE in 2025, Tanya zoomed in with us for an hour to discuss where we wanted to go education wise and took time to go through the subjects pros and cons.
