I just came across the receipt in my bag I used Friday & I'm compelled to type this review becoz it's moments such as this that make an older person feel good about the world. God knows I walked into your pharmacy feeling so horrible & I was hoping to speak to a female pharmacist but none were on duty Friday the public holiday. The gentleman did recommend something and did dispense it for me but I just felt I needed the opinion of another woman. This is where I must give flowers & praise where it's due becoz what a wonderful experience and service this human gave me. When I approached her she immediately turned around & greeted me with the most beautiful smile & she left everything else she was doing & paid attention to only me. She took my hand & questioned me about my situation & how I was feeling. She advised me, assisted me & recommended I try something from a women's perspective & personal experience, she explained the process to me & boy oh boy did it work. I felt so much better than I did the week prior. My dearest Faeeza I just want to thank you for your humanity. Thank you for assistance, your caring heart and listening ears. We appreciated the Sr who is administring the vaccinations. Reason being we did not notice the expiry date of the vaccine that we received at another pharmacy. If it was not for her trained eye and good basic training and professional service we would not have known that we bought expired vaccines from the other pharmacy.
